It appears that a Subway employee was so engrossed in crafting a perfect sandwich that they inadvertently left their knife in the packaging. The customer who received this order no doubt had quite the surprise upon unwrapping their meal to discover the unexpected utensil. Let’s be frank, there could be worse things to find in your fast-food order, but this certainly takes the cake for shock value.
Perhaps due to their overwhelming workload, the employee seemingly lost track of their actions during the sandwich preparation. Their swift movements might have led to an inadvertent oversight, resulting in the knife being left unnoticed within the sandwich.
